Spectrum Health Services, Inc is
actively seeking qualified applicants to fill the Prenatal Case Manager
position that is currently available. The applicant must have a
passion to serve in an underserved community providing comprehensive
services and plans related to the patients' needs and status during
pregnancy and the post partum period.
Applicants must have RN/BSN Degree, a current PA Nurse Licensure and current PA driver's license. This position requires traveling between two health centers during the week to see their patients. Applicants must have at least three to five years case management experience, preferably in OB/GYN. |
