PACHC Membership
As the Commonwealth’s primary care association, PACHC offers Pennsylvania’s Community Health Centers
, FQHC Look-Alikes, rural health clinics and other like-mission providers a plethora of membership benefits, all designed to support community health centers in their mission to provide quality primary care to all, regardless of ability to pay.

There are three categories of membership: Organizational, PACHC Partners and Corporate Sponsor Members
ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERS:
Any community-based health care provider to include:
- Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
- FQHC Look-Alikes (FQHCLAs)
- Non-profit Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).

- FQHCs and FQHC Look-Alikes are eligible to serve on the PACHC Board of Directors
PACHC PARTNERS:
- Any health care agency or organization that provides primary, preventive and other health services to the medically underserved that does not qualify as a FQHC, FQHCLA or RHC. Examples include free and partial pay clinics, nurse managed health centers and/or other community-based health care providers.
- Any other public or private non-profit agency, organization and/or foundation with like-mission or interest in the medically underserved and safety net health care delivery system not eligible for other categories of membership and committed to the purpose/mission and goals of the PACHC.

CORPORATE SPONSOR MEMBER:
The Value of Corporate Sponsor Membership
- provides access to our extensive, well-established primary care infrastructure
- maximizes exposure to PACHC membership
- provides opportunities for your organization to distinguish itself and build key relationships
- allows PACHC members to easily identify and evaluate potential suppliers, consultants and other resources.
PACHC offers Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels of corporate membership with each level offering different benefits. All memberships are annual. Corporate Sponsor membership is available to any public or private, profit or non-profit entity and/or vendor committed to the purpose, mission and goals of PACHC, whose goods and services will benefit PACHC membership and support the purpose of PACHC.
