Directory
Maps are an
excellent source of information. PACHC now
provides three informational maps. The Administrative
Office Location map shows where health center Administrative
Offices are located. The Health Center Sites/Patients
map shows where our health center sites are located with
population data. The Center Site map is a similar map
created by the Forum in 2003.
