How PACHC is Governed  The PACHC is governed by an executive committee comprised of four elected officers who are organizational members. The chairman of this committee also appoints a qualified group to act as chairmen of standing commitees.

How PACHC is Funded  The PACHC is funded by federal grants, membership dues, and conference fees.
